a The Father Enters a Denial. Indianapolis, Ind.. March 18. W. H. English denies the report that his son. Will E. English, paid Mrs. Lucy Case any money to settle the suit she instituted against him in New York for damage by seduction and assault. He is Indignant over the publication of the reports to thn rontrarv sent out from New York, and threatens to sue the papers that have published them. He says the case was settled by mutual consent and the withdrawal of all charges. Mrs. Case is now In New York, and is said to be keeping a flat for boarders. VV. R. English has been in New York for several weeks.
