Criminal court. Cozzi was found guilty by a jury of the murder by poison of Rocco Pisan, a prisoner in the county jail. The death of Pisan grew oot or the attempt to silence Harold Cliftold, another jail prisoner, who was to testify against friends of Cozzi in an assault case. Poisoned sandwiches were delivered at the jail and Clifford, who was not hungry, gave them to Pisan.
