Steve McQueen's adaptation of Arthur Miller's adaptation of the 1882 Henrik Ibsen play nearly makes an enemy out of Gene, who notes that he saw it only by virtue of going to one of two drive-ins that played it in front of Clint Eastwood's BRONCO BILLY by accident (and you thought leaks of Hollywood movies were something new).
