Mrs. Hunt, who had taught at Hill Elementary School in Valley View School District 365-U before retiring in 1993, also served as a DuPage Township Board trustee and board secretary for the Fountaindale Public Library. "She was a super woman and a lot of fun," said her husband, Paul D. Hunt.

Other survivors include two sons, Edwin E. and Paul a brother; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Anderson Funeral Home, 606 Townhall Drive, Romeoville. Services will be held at 10 a.m.

Mr. Pepol appeared in the Blues Brothers movie during a period of about a year when he left teaching and served as a police officer. He returned to teaching and taught at Von Steuben, Marshall, Farragut and Harlan High Schools. He became a special education teacher at Kohn Elementary School in 1985.

Vitacco, 84 died Thursday of cancer in his Palos Heights home. He was a general practitioner, and worked at Bethany Hospital in Chicago for 52 years before retiring in 1984. Dr. Vitacco also was on the staff of Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park. He was medical director of the Chicago Board of Education from 1974 to 1984 and was executive board member of the Near Northwest Civic Committee, a youth organization.

Survivors include his wife, Rosemary; two sons, Joseph and Louis; and five daughters, Linda Barshop, Joyce Cheek, Jacqueline Norton, Roseanne Ziegler and Joanne Strezchowski.
