He was 90 years old. Mr. Holly was born in Chicago, IL. and was a longtime resident of both Olympia Fields, IL. and Boca Raton, FL.

Mr. Holly was the original Inventor of the first hamburger molding machine. His machines, in world wide use, made possible the birth of the fast food and portion control industries. Armed with only a grade school education and an unrelenting optimism and work ethic, Mr. Holly converted an idea into a multimillion dollar enterprise.

Mr. Holly was a 50 year member of Olympia Fields Country Club, Olympia Fields, IL. and a charter member of the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, Boca Raton, FL. He was a well known local aviator, piloting both airplanes and helicopters. Mr.

Holly purchased the first Bell Jet Ranger Helicopter ever sold. He personally made donations ranging from the number one elevator to the former heliport at Boca Raton Community Hospital. His helicopter was a familiar sight flying errands of mercy for the hospital, police departments and civic organizations. Mr. Holly was a longtime contributor to Boca Raton Community Hospital, and served as a member of the original board of trustees.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Agnes Rose Holly. Mr. Holly is survived by three children, Barbara H. (Philip Clarke, James (Malou) Holly and William E. (Karen) Holly; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Mrs.
