Donald. Robert. Dolores Chismar. STRESS KRUPP WON'T GET ALL OF EMPIRE BACK New York Times-Chicago Tribune Dispatch 1 FRAN KFORT, Germany, Feb. 1 United States high commission officials stressed today that Alfred Krupp will not have his multi-million dollar steel manufacturing empire restored to him.

Altho John J. McCloy, United States high commissioner, nullified that part of the war crimes sentence against Krupp which ordered the confiscation of his property, Krupp will be forced to accept only an as yet undesignated part of the entire combine whose value has been estimated at Krupp and 2S other war criminals, including some directors of the Krupp works, will be released from Landsberg prison Saturday. Krupp's 12 year sentence was reduced to time already served. Krupp's Ruhr properties, part of which occupy a six mile square area in the vicinity of Essen, are subject to decartelization which is expected to be carried out soon. band of Maude, nee Wright; fond father of Mrs.
