Heald, acting president of the institute, the only stipulation in the presentation was that the building be used for the purposes for which the institute was organized, and that no changes be made in the exterior. The home was built in 1886. It was deeded to the Chicago chapter of the American Institutes of Architects by Glessner in 1924 with the stipulation that transfer would be made a.fter the death of Glessner and his wife.

She died in 1932 and Glessner in 1936. Mr. Goodrich was a member of the Chicago, Saddle and Cycle, and Tavern clubs. Mr. Sullivan, who was 69 years old, died Monday in West Side hospital. He was on the stage for many years, playing Shakespearean roles, and at one time was leading man for Mme.

Modjeska. After his retirement from the stage he was a director of amateur dramatic organizations, including the Notre Dame players. Mrs. Ada C. Holme.
