I I BROADCASTS HESSE AIR CRASH VICTIMS BURIED; THRONGS MOURN Chicago Tribune Press Service. DARMSTADT, Germany, Nov. 23. Three bombing planes, piloted by comrades of the late Grand Duke George of Hesse bei Rhein, circled over Rosenhoehe park today during the funeral of five members of the grand ducal house of Hesse. They were killed Nov.

16 when an airliner crashed near Ostend, Belgium. Although the public was not admitted to the park, all of Darmstadt mourned with relatives and friends. Thousands of persons gathered outside. Buildings, both public and private, flew flags at half staf. In addition to Grand Duke George, the following members of the Hesse family perished in the plane crash: Dowager Grand Duchess Eleonore, his mother; the grand duchess, his wife, former Princess Cecile of Greece and Denmark; Prince Ludwig Ernst 6, and Prince Alexander George, 4 sons of George and Cecile.

CHARITY TO GET $350,000 ESTATE OF A. J. BUNGE Albert J. Bunge, head of the Bunge Brothers Coal company, left an estate of $350,000 which eventually will go to charity. This was disclosed yesterday when the will of Mr.

Bunge, who died Nov. 14, was admitted to probate by Judge John F. O'ConnelL Under an ante-nuptial agreement made in 1933, Mr. Bunge left 525,000 outright to his widow, Mrs. Edna Morrison Bunge, 422 South Scoville avenue, Oak Park, and $100 to a stepson, Donald Morrison.

The balance was placed in trust for the widow and Mr. Bunge's sister, Emma. Upon their death the estate is to go to the Chicago Community Trust with a request that most of the principal be devoted to the care of orphaned, crippled, and otherwise handicapped children. FIRST SUIT OVER PLANE COLLISION Lawyers Predict They'll Soon Be Common. A new type of lawsuit, but one that lawyers predict will become common Within a decade, was decided yester day before Circuit Judge Walter J.

LaBuy. It was a suit for damages growing out of a collision between two airplanes. "There have been other airplane collisions, of course," said the law yers on each side when the case was called, "but there is no record of a damage suit like this one. Conse quently, there is no precedent for the court to follow. Now if a couple of automobiles were involved it would ba simple." Sues for Repair Bill No damages for personal injuries were sought The owner of one of the planes sued for his repair bill and inmiKr oriiiia tvio niann urH Hsr.

He set his total claim at $1,500. The collision occurred at Ashburn airport, H1A ciiAA rUaws awamia rw flaw 22, 1936. The three persons who were to the airplanes escaped without seri ous harm. Testimony for the plaintif, Law rence Tiedt, operator of a flight train Ing school at the airport, indicated that the crash came when a plane auout to maice a landing smasnea into a second ship which was at a stand-still on the field. Tiedt's plane was the one on the ground and one of his students, Robert O'Brien, 211 iorimona street, was in it.

I In the plane about to land were which flowed through his own farm the two defendants, Edward land. Last week he completed a new 6437 South Green street, a transport song on the old theme, calling it On pilot, and Gordon R. Gibbons, 2221 the Banks of the Old Mill Stream." East 68th street, another student Taylor will be buried Friday at Find-flyer, lay near this stream, now called the Clash Over Air Laws. The outcome of the case rested upon an interpretation of air trafic laws. Prosper! and Gibbons pointed I out that federal regulations r've the I airplane in the air right of over the plane on the ground.

Tk -at said this did not excuse the pilots from exercising due care and caution, and showed that his plane had stopped In order to give right of way to them. After hearing testimony for four hours Judge LaBuy announced that he would decide In favor of Tiedt, the plaintiff. Then he advised the I principals to get together on the T. he failed In a desperate effort of the announcing amount judgment, he would allow them one week to do this before fixing the sum himself.
