10 Section 3 CHICAGO TRIBUNE, MONDAY, MARCH 29, 1965 Mahon Johnson Freeman Cerny I DEATH NOTICES OBITUARIES Shelley Nathanson Robert A. Magden Sr. Services for Robert A. Magden 61, of 166 Des Plaines Libertyyille, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorow in the chapel at 101 Park Libertyville.

He died Saturday of a heart attack in Condell Memorial hospital, Libertyville. Mr. Magden was a tree trimming foreman for the Public Service Company of Northern Illinois plant in North-brook, where he had been employed for 44 years. Surviving are his widow, Jeanette; a son, Robert a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Curl; 11 grandchildren; and a brother.

Joseph R. Jonas Sr. Services for Joseph R. Jonas 82, of 2728 S. Lombard Berwyn, will be held at 2 p.

m. tomorrow in the chapel at 5844 Cermak Cicero. Mr. Jonas, who died Saturday, was the gardener for the last 25 years of the Bohemian National cemetery, 5255 N. Pulaski rd.

He leaves four sons, Joseph Charles, Robert, and George; four daughters, Mrs. Anna Hu-sak, Mrs. Mary Sejnost, Mrs. Rose Slanina, and Betty; eight grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. Alfred J.

Weinsheimer Sr. Alfred J- Weinsheimer 82, of 2400 Lake view died yesterday in his home. He was retired board chairman of Inland-Magill-Weinsheimer company, printers and lithographers. Surviving are his widow, Coress; two sons, Alfred Jr. and William; and three daughters, Josephine, Mrs.

Dorr is Kennedy, and Mrs. John B. Kruft. Mass will be said at 11 a. m.

Wednesday in St. Clement's Catholic church, 641 Deming pi. Thaddeus Ciszewski Thaddeus Ciszewski, 53, of 8650 Colfax died yesterday in South Shore hospital. He was a foreman in the South Chicago works of the Republic Steel company. Surviving are his widow, Jean; a son, Richard, a policeman assigned to the Grand Crossing district; a daughter, Mrs.

U. Teacher Services for Dr. Robert T. McElvenny, 60, of 21X EL Pearson st, who died Saturday night in Wesley Memorial hospital where he was senior attending surgeon, will be held at 2 p. m.

tomorrow in the Episcopal Cathedral of St James, Huron street and Wabash avenue. Dr. McElvenny was graduated from the University of Colorado medical school in 1932, and interned in West Suburban hospital. He had been on the Wesley staff since 1941. A diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, he had taught bone and joint surgery at the Northwestern university medical school since 1945.

He was the son of the late Robert F. McElvenny, former chairman of the American Smelting and Refining company. A brother, Ralph is president of the American Natural Gas company of Detroit. Besides his brother he leaves his widow, Sophia, and two daughters, Alice Fay, and Mrs. Florence Erie.

PLANE CRASH KILLS OFFICER FROM SUBURB The navy reported yesterday that 2d Lt. Robert A. Kay, 22, son of Arthur N. Kay, 835 Bryn Mawr Bartlett, was killed in a plane crash Saturday in Oak Harbor, Wash. Kay undershot the runway in his A4C Skyhawk jet attack plane while making a controled approach to Whidbey Island Naval Air station.

The single-seater plane came down on rough ground, flipped on its back, and caught fire. Kay was a marine reservist on active duty, and attached to the attack squadron 224 temporarily based at Yuma, Ariz. Queen's Aunt, Daughter of it rv lieOFEe Y.
