Gogfiin Airline Faces Walkout by Pilots Group MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 2 (0PD Northwest Airlines, already plagued with one strike, has asked the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals to overrule a federal judge's decision that could result in a walkout Friday by Northwest pilots, a spokesman said tonight. United States District Judge Earl Larson denied a request today by the airline for an injunction against the Air Lines Pilots Association which had said its members would no longer cross picket lines of the Brotherhood of Railway and Airline Clerks. Northwest had sought the Injunction on grounds that the pilot association would violate its contract if it stopped crossing picket lines.

The airline appealed Judge Larson's ruling and said a panel of three 'judges from the Court of Appeals would meet in emergency session in St. Taul tomorrow. Chrlstenson John R.
