Plans for the festivities to benefit the woman's division of the Boy Scouts were explained at a luncheon yesterday in the Saddle and Sirloin room of the Stockyards Inn, just across from the Amphitheater in the stock yards, where the show will be held. "Frankly, I don't know a thing about horses so I'm planning the black-tie dinner as I would plan a party in my own home," confessed Mrs. John T. Landreth.
