Dec. 15 (P) Arthur Sinclair, 68, an actor who rose to distinction in Dublin's Abbey theater, died in a nursing home here yesterday. Appearing with him in many productions were his wife, Maire O'Neill, who survives, and a sister-in-law, Sara Allgood, who died in Hollywood last year.
