O'Brien's official attorney, who asked that they be held in contempt. Blue testified that he hadn't drawn a gun in the grocery, merely shifting the weapon from one pocket to another, and that it was accidentally discharged when Greco tussled with him.

Biue was then cross-examined by Attorney Charles Cooley, counsel for Raymond Greco. -Two years ago," Cooley said, "you went to serve a civil writ on an undertaker at 35th and Halsted streets. Some shots were fired and you lost your gun, didn't you?" That's Blue admitted. Offers 20 Witnesses. When Judge Desort asked why this incident was pertinent, Cooley said: I want to show that this man always serves civil processes at gun point.

Henrietta Cohen Cole, a resident of Chicago for more than 50 years, died yesterday in her home at 1809 South Drake avenue. She was 68 years old. Her son, Henry A. Cole, 4922 North Albany avenue, is a past Illinois commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Also surviving are five other sons, four daughters, nine grandchildren, two brothers, and two sisters.

Services will be held at 11 a. m. tomorrow in the chapel at 3125 Roosevelt road. Burial will be in Jewish Waldheim cemetery. poem by Richard Strauss, and the Interment Jewish Waldheim.
