The others are Richard Kerwin, 19, of 650 Wave-land and Lowell Guy Schur-man, 19, of 648 Waveland av. The, judge dismissed charges of displaying the flag of an unfriendly nation, but allowed charges of disturbing the peace to stand. Eugene Shilovsky MOSCOW, May 29 (JP) Lt. Gen. Eugene Shilovsky, 63, head of the Voroshilov war academy, is dead. New Orleans, May 29 (JP) Mrs. Henry Hooks, 78, adopted daughter of Jefferson Davis, president of the Confederate States of America, died at her home here yesterday.

She was adopted when she was 5 years old by President and Mrs. Davis after her parents died. She lived at Beauvoir, the Davis home on the Mississippi gulf coast, until the death of the Confederate president in 1889. Services were held today. C.

Theodore L. Hansen, 4619 W. Palmer arrived in Korea at -2 a. May 3, and, on a patrol with members of company, 1st marines, was slightly wounded at noon. He remained in the lines and May 13 was struck again in the right leg.

This wound was treated in a field hospital and he was scheduled to return to the front Monday, according to a letter to his parents. Hansen was graduated from Austin High school, attended Wright Junior college, and was in the cleaning and dyeing business with his father before he was drafted last September. THREE HABITUAL OFFENDERS FACE LIFE IN PRISON Three accused robbers were found guilty under the habitual criminal act by a jury in the Criminal court of Judge Rudolph Desort yesterday. They face life terms in prison unless their new trial motions are granted Tuesday. The defendants were: William Seppi, 41, and Robert Keagle, 39, both of Joliet and each with a robbery record dating back to 1932, and Andrew Nikka, 36, of 229 Fair Park Forest, who was convicted of rape in 1935.

KADYK, 55, PROMINENT ATTORNEY, DIES David J. Kadyk, 55, of 1172 Hamptondale, Winnetka, a prominent insurance lawyer, died yesterday in St. Luke's hospital.

Mr. Kadyk, a member of the law firm of Lord, Bissell, and Kadyk, was a 'director of the Central Standard Life Insurance company and head of the casualty section of the American Bar association. He was born in Fulton, Whiteside county, and received his bachelor's and law degrees at the University of Illinois. Mr. Kadyk came to Chicago in 1936, after serving 11 years as an assistant attorney general of Illinois.

He is survived by his widow, Helen; two sons, David of Tampa, and John; four sisters, and two brothers, including the Rev. J.
