Mr. Wolfe, who died Saturday in West Suburban Hospital, Oak Park, was prominent in railroad labor negotiation from 1959 to 1967 as chairman of the National Railway Labor Conference. He lived at 226 Holmes Clarendon Hills. Survivors include his widow, Grace; a son, James two brothers, a sister; and seven grandchildren.

Jacob Wagner Jacob Wagner, 76, formerly of 1437 V. Granville died yesterday in Orlando, where he moved six years ago. Mr. Wagner was a retired partner of Troen Wagner, commission merchants, 63 South Water Market. Surviving are his widow, Rose; 3 sons, LeRoy, Fred, and Elias; a daughter, Mrs.
