Mr. Cullerton was hospitalized in 1965 after he sustained a heart attack while attending a golf outing held in honor of his brother at Riverwoods Country Club, Deerfield. Besides his brother, he is survived by his widow, Martha, and a daughter, Mrs. Betty Lavelle. Mass will be said at 10 a.

J. "Parky" Cullerton, Cook County assessor. Aid. Cullerton, 73, of 8425 Sunnyside Av. had a history of heart trouble.

Before his City Council career began in the 1958 elections, he served as deputy, superintendent of the City Bureau of Sewers. He was endorsed by the Cook County Democratic organization as a successor to his brother, who left the alder-manic post in 1958 to become assessor. COLLEAGUES named Mr. Home, 5350 W. North to St.
