Beautiful Woman Struck, Killed by Car onS.W.Side Mrs. Catherine Fasuga, 74, of 2037 W. James PL, was killed Monday when she was struck by a car as she walked across Damen Avenue near 51st Street. Police said the driver of the car, Harold Kentschel, 62, of 2103 W. 21st PL, turned into Damen Avenue from 51st Street.
