De Vivo Felix A. De Vivo, 53, a Chicago police officer assigned to the Loop traffic detail, died Sunday in Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center. Officer De Vivo, who had been in the Police Department for 1 28 years, also was president of the Italian-American Police Association. He is survived by his wife, Rosalie; three daughters, Josephine Kucera, Theresa and Felicia; a son, Jerry; his mother, Theresa; and three sisters. Mass will be said at 10 a.m Thursday in St.

Monica Catholic Church, 5135 N. Mont Clare Ave. Helen Krause Helen Krause, 70, who moved from Berwyn to St. Petersburg two months ago, died Monday in her new Florida home. Survivors include her husband, Richard a son Richard a daughter, Nancy Danowski; and three grandsons.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. H. Richard Williams H. Richard Williams, 72, who retired last year as Milton Township highway commissioner in Du Page County, died Sunday in Good Samaritan Hospital, Downers Grove. Mr.

Williams, who was active in the county's Republican Organization, was elected highway commissioner in 1977 and was re-elected twice. He also was a member of the township's Board of Auditors 1973 to 1977. Mr. Williams is survived by his son, Rick; a daughter, Jo Belle Baldonado; a sister; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services will be held at 11 a.m.

Thursday in St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 393 N. Main Glen Ellyn. Diane J. Michelson Diane J.

Michelson, 54, a former personnel aide in the Chicago Water Department, died Saturday at her home in Phoenix, Ariz. A former Chicago resident, Mrs. Michelson moved to Arizona in 1973. Survivors include her husband, Douglas; two daughters, Sa-brina Kurth and Dena; a son, Adam; a sister; two brothers; and three grandchildren. Mass will be said Thursday in Glendale, Ariz.

Emily Alice Shockley Emily Alice Shockley, 86, a retired teacher, died after a long illness Thursday in her home in Oak Park. Mrs. Shockley taught Latin and English at Proviso East High School in Maywood until her retirement in 1967. She is survived by a daughter, Doris Luth; a son, Paul; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services will be at 9 a.m.

Tuesday in the chapel at 523 Lake Oak Park. Mildred G. Chandler Services will be private for Mildred G. Chandler, 86, a longtime Wilmette resident who died Friday in her home. Mrs.

Chandler's late husband, Howard C. Chandler, was founder and owner of the Howard C. Chandler Insurance Evanston. The firm is now owned by their son, Howard A. Chandler.

Mrs. Chandler also is survived by another son, Thomas and four grandchildren. Joseph Rokos Joseph Rokos, 86, a longtime operator of a suburban upholstery firm that supplied leather furniture to Marshall Field died Friday in Oak Park Hospital. He was a 41 -year resident of Riverside. Mr.

Rokos was co-owner of Fran-cik and Rokos Upholstery Shop, which he founded after World War II with Laddie Francik at 15th Street and Ridgeland Avenue, Berwyn. The upholstery and custom furniture manufacturing firm later moved to Cicero. About 10 years ago, after more than 40 years in business, Mr. Rokos and his partner retired and closed the firm. Survivors include his wife, Agnes.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the chapel at 6716 W. 16th Berwyn. Samuel Allen Samuel Allen, 90, a retired lawyer, died Sunday in Weiss Memorial Hospital. Mr.

Allen, a North Side resident, served as an assistant Chicago corporation counsel in the administration of the late Mayor Richard J. Daley. He practiced law for 60 years and was a past president of the Decalogue Society. Survivors include his wife, Jeannette; a daughter, Elaine Margolis; three brothers; a sister; three grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren. Services will be held HAAG Johanna A.
