She was employed by State Farm Insurance prior to her retirement in 1996. Vera was born March 27, 1934, the daughter ot August Charles and Jewell Anne, nee Panosh, Boutin. She married Charles R. Jolicoeur on April 28, 1979, in Schaumburg, IL.

She was a member ot the Lost Lake Community Church of the Nazarene.
